SETUP
a) To stay on track during workout activities, select Realtime Audio Feedback including Distance, Pace, Speed, Time, Average Slope, Elevation, Maximum Elevation, Minimum Elevation and Heading.
b) Select Frequency of Audio Feedback (i.e.: per 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,10, 15, 20, 30 or 60 minutes).
c) Audio Feedback works seamlessly while listening to music apps.
d) Enter your weight to calculate and track Calories Burned during your Workout Activities.
STOPWATCH
Includes RealTime Audio Feedback to help keep you on track while Training. You can continue listening to your music while enjoying the benefits of Audio Feedback as you train!
Start, Pause, Resume, Reset and Save key Workout Activities training metrics related to:
